As a busy psychiatrist or psychologist, you may not have the time or access to important testing that can provide you with more objective data on the presenting symptoms of your patients.
At Premier Psychological Services, we can provide you with a diagnostic and medication management tool with the T.O.V.A and T.O.V.A.–A. (Test of Variables of Attention). We can also provide you with a comprehensive approach to screening adaptive and maladaptive functioning with Achenbach’s empirically based assessment using an integrated set of rating forms for ages 1 ½ to 90. |

These will provide you with an assessment of adaptive and maladaptive functioning among children, teenagers and adults. You can relate results directly to the DSM-IV-TR by using the normed DSM-oriented scales. Internalizing, Externalizing, Adaptive functioning and syndrome scale scores are also provided. Computer generated profiles with a narrative report are provided to you within two days from the time your patient completes the forms and returns them to our office for scoring.
Behavioral Forms/Report fee (CBCL, YSR, ASR, ABCL): $50 per report. (no minimum)
If you wish to obtain more objective clinical data on the attentional, behavioral and emotional symptoms, please call us or refer your patients for the following tests. Once your patient completes the test(s), we will forward to you (usually the same day) the computer-generated analysis and interpretations for you to review as part of your clinical assessment to help further guide your treatment plan.
Depending on your patient’s insurance benefits, these testing fees may be reimbursed back to the family!
